epi International was established in 2003 by a group of expatriate UAE based shareholders looking for a tax efficient and well structured local vehicle through which they could invest in primarily large scale, blue chip commercial property opportunities.

epi International’s core proposition, is the formation of private real estate syndicates in Australia and the GCC. An important and unwavering commitment by the owners of epi International is to be investors in the same Syndicates, pay the same fees and share the same investment returns or risks as all investment partners.

For investment partners, syndication allows the chance of participation in off market property developments to which they would not normally have access. Completed syndicate models include: “54 Salvado Road” and “Dubai Office Syndicate” returning 20% p.a. and 40% p.a. respectively of the invested capital to their Investment Partners.
